Mr Ind is recognised by all major insurance companies and is happy to bill insurance companies directly. However it is the responsibility of the patient to meet their fees if an insurance company does not pay. Patients must arrive at all consultations or procedures with full details of membership as well as claim or pre-authorisation numbers. If these are not provided then we will not be able to direct bill an insurance company and must ask the patient to settle accounts directly.
Mr Ind will endeavor to adhere to insurance company schedule fees and as such fees may be modified from our standard price list as appropriate or in line with contractual agreements.
